Requirements to become a SidePad Distributor
To become a SidePad Distributor you must have at least 1 Megabyte of space free on your Web Page Server. Now you can make idle, empty disk space earn money for you.

SidePad Internet software is distributed exclusively over the World Wide Web. It takes at least 5 minutes to download the program file (under 1 Megabyte).

There is no charge to become a SidePad Distributor.
Distributors download SidePad FREE from the Licensor, Software Matchmakers, Inc. Web Surfers download a trial version of SidePad FREE from Distributor sites. The trial version will "time-out" after 14 days unless it is Registered.

To Register their downloaded copy of SidePad, Web Surfers pay a Registration Fee to Software Matchmakers, Inc. who, then sends them a Registration "Key" which fully enables their copy of SidePad and removes the "time-out".

Software Matchmakers, Inc. pays each Distributor US$5 per copy of SidePad downloaded from / OR reported as discovered on, each Distributor site, and subsequently Registered. Payment cheques are mailed to Distributors each month.

SidePad helps collect "feedback" comments from Web Page visitors. It is in a Distributors interest to ensure that SidePad is placed on a Home Page to be seen easily by Page visitors. Because it's a Web Form Filler program, we suggest placing SidePad on Home Page near a "Comments" or "Feedback" section where Web Page visitors are requested to fill out forms.

Install SidePad, and the accompanying instructions we supply, onto your Home Page;
Sit back and relax while Web surfers download their FREE trial version SidePad off your page;
We identify where each copy of SidePad was downloaded from and we will pay you $5 for each copy of SidePad that was downloaded from your Web site and subsequently registered (bought).
