We evaluate all speaker nominations on the basis of
suitability for each conference, however preference may be given to
nominations from sponsors.

Appropriate level sponsors are guaranteed a speaker -
subject to speaker and topic suitability and availability of
conference space. We will confirm this guarantee at the time of
booking. If we cannot provide this guarantee, we will release you
from your Sponsorship Agreement without penalty.
2. Attendee List (HPR):
The Hot Prospect Report sales lead list is provided to
qualified sponsors after each event to help them to identify and
serve the needs of attendees who are interested in their solutions.
3. Major Cost Savings:
Save all the costs of having an exhibit booth:
including - booth purchase or rental; booth shipping, storage and
drayage (local handling), insurance, booth erection and dismantling.
These costs are often higher than the fees for sponsorship!!
4. Easy and Convenient to exhibit:
Bring only your laptop computer and marketing
materials for promotional or demonstration purposes. We provide each
sponsor with a Turnkey Tabletop Display (TTD) which includes draped
table, chairs, carpet and electricity. No need to worry about
ordering and coordinating the supply of these items.
